Shipping & Returns Policy

🚚 Delivery Terms

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are limited to the regions we service within the UK. Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Customer location
  • Delivery method (our transport, parcel courier, or pallet network)

All products leave our premises in excellent condition. Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and immediately notify the driver or courier of any visible damage (e.g., crushed packaging, punctures, or tampering). If necessary, the customer may refuse part or all of the delivery. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost.

All claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

C&R Snacking reserves the right to request photographic evidence to validate claims related to damages or discrepancies.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, logistical disruptions, or carrier-related delays.

📦 Loss or Damage in Transit

C&R Snacking is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit unless the customer notifies us in writing (via email or letter) within three (3) business days of delivery.

If goods arrive damaged or with missing items, customers must retain the products and make them available for inspection or collection if requested.

🔄 Delivery Errors & Non-Conformity

Customers must report any delivery errors (e.g., incorrect items, missing products, or quantity discrepancies) on the day of delivery or by the next business day at the latest. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

All claims must be made in writing and include order details and relevant documentation.

For exchanges or refunds, items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to the designated C&R Snacking return address. Return shipments must be approved in advance, and a return reference number will be provided.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items), C&R Snacking will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a customer error, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

💰 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective goods within 15 days of delivery. Customers must contact us before returning any items to receive approval and instructions.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase and supporting evidence (e.g., photos) must be provided.
  • Returns must be authorized by C&R Snacking before shipping.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

🛡️ Warranty & Product Liability

C&R Snacking sources products from various manufacturers but does not manufacture the items directly. While we ensure all goods meet high-quality standards, we are not liable for manufacturing defects.

In the rare event that a product is found to have a defect affecting safety or usability, the manufacturer will be responsible for resolving the issue. Customers should refer to the product packaging for manufacturer details and warranty information.
