📦 What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order value (MOV) depends on your location. Orders must meet the following MOV thresholds to be processed:
- Zone 1 (Kent): MOV £150
- Zone 2 (London, Wales, Eastern, East Midlands, South West, South East, West Midlands): MOV £150
- Zone 3 (Yorkshire & Humber, North East, North West): MOV £150
- Zone 4 (Scotland): MOV TBA
🚚 Do you offer free delivery on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer free delivery based on order value and location:
- Zone 1 (Kent): Free delivery on orders over £200
- Zone 2 (London, Wales, Eastern, East Midlands, South West, South East, West Midlands): Free delivery on orders over £500
- Zone 3 (Yorkshire & Humber, North East, North West): Free delivery on orders over £600
- Zone 4 (Scotland): Free delivery TBA
Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free delivery threshold.
📝 How do I set up a wholesale account?
Setting up a wholesale account is easy. Visit our registration page, fill in your business details, and submit your request. We’ll review and approve your account. You will receive an email once your account has been successfully approved.
🍫 Do you offer private labeling for snacks?
No, we do not currently offer private labeling for our products.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit cards. Payment terms for account holders are available upon request. Some account holders may qualify for deferred payment options.
📅 How long is the shelf life of your products?
All snacks are sold within date unless specified otherwise. Expiration dates are listed on the product packaging.
🏠 Do you offer delivery to residential addresses?
Our wholesale services are only available to registered business addresses.
📦 Can I mix and match products in one order?
Yes, you can mix and match products in your order as long as the minimum order value (MOV) is met.
🔄 What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact us with your order details to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving damaged or defective products.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. Please check our shipping zones to see which areas of the UK we cover.
🏷️ Do you offer promotions or discounts?
We offer competitive prices on well-known and emerging snack brands regularly.
📦 What packaging options are available?
Our snacks come in standard wholesale packaging. We do not currently provide custom packaging options.

⏰ How soon can I expect delivery after placing an order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and selected shipping option.
